Who can see your customer list
- Other rental companies on SmartDrive can't see your customers, bookings or prices.
- SmartDrive's own admin account is locked out of your customer list. It sees only your company details, your plan and usage counts.
- We never market to your customers, sell your list or share it with another operator.
- In your customer app, customers see only your company. We never send them to another operator.
- Export your full customer list to Excel any time. If you leave, it leaves with you.

Can SmartDrive or other rental companies see my customers?
No. Your customers, bookings and prices are only visible to your own company's logins. SmartDrive's admin account is locked out of them and sees only your company details, plan and usage counts. We never market to your customers or sell your list, and you can export your full customer list to Excel any time.

Yes. Free Access has no time limit and covers one company, the owner plus 1 staff or agent login, 3 vehicles and unlimited booking forms, with no payment needed. You only pay for the Full Access Pass (RM100 per 30 days) if you need more vehicles or logins.
Can I check a new renter before handing over the keys?
Yes. Link your MySemak account (mysemak.com.my), a free renter check with about 3,000 cases reported by Malaysian rental operators, in Settings. The Digital Form then checks the renter’s IC or passport number before you hand over the keys.
Does SmartDrive collect payments from my customers?
No. SmartDrive records your bookings, agreements and agent payouts. It does not collect payments from your customers or transfer money.
